📍 Shipping Locations

Twister Fitness currently ships within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


⏱ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.

  • Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.


💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We do not currently offer free shipping.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email the same day your order is dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


📍 Shipping Origin

All orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California, USA.


⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it.

  • If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Twister Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at [Insert Support Email] and we will assist in filing a claim.


🔌 Product Information

Our products, including our electric shaker bottle, are shipped securely and packaged to prevent damage during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
